Make It Easier To Identify Riders

In dark and/or crowded conditions it can be difficult for rider and driver to correctly identify each other. When driver is in range, app for both rider and driver should begin Fullscreen solid color rhythmic flashing. Rider will hold phone face out for driver to see.
