If we have a scheduled pickup and it says to go online at a certain time and the passenger decides they need the ride sooner, there should be some kind of notice to me, the driver, because I missed out two different times because I went on the hub exactly when it told me too and my ride was no loner there! Or if I go on to soon before my scheduled pickup, I get another ride request and miss the ride(money) that was planned for something unknown. It's annoying
