Since I heard about the Uber Driver who was killed due to picking up a passenger (Share Rides), I think it will be safer if Lyft REMOVE the "share" option.
I would rather pay more to be safe & alone during my ride & I'm quite sure the drivers will feel safe as well. I will never use share option. But please consider removing share options & let people pay whatever the cost will be (all about safety).
Cabs don't even pick up other passengers if they already have a passenger in their cab being dropped off.
