Offer "elite" Lyft drivers. These drivers would be lyft certified to provide tours. This will most likely appeal to tourists who don't want to pay the hefty prices of an obvious tourist van and prefer to be a bit more incognito.

For example, in LA a driver might provide Hollywood tours of key sites and, possible star homes - predetermined/offered routes that the rider selects. Obviously pricing follows standard lyft policy/rates.

These drivers might make a bit more as they need to go through prep. to be able to offer these tours. There may also be some prerecorded talking points offered in the drivers app along the route.
