18v Cordless Hot Knife

A really handy addition to your ever growing cordless range would be a cordless hot knife. Used a lot in the marine industry and upholstery industries, it is used to cut ropes and seal fabric edges to stop them fraying. Corded versions are not safe when using around the water and sometimes you have to run extension leads over water to reach your splicing location. There is a cordless version out there but it looks and feels cheap, also it requires another charger which is annoying. I hope you can make this happen Makita, because it would be a great addition.
