Basically it�s just the makita DCO180 cut out tool with an additional small rod that runs behind the cutting drill bit and then has a dog leg bend on it so that it then is directly in line with the cuttin bit, needs to be adjustable depth and preferably goes to a point at the end so it�s easy to push through drywall.
This would then allow you to only have the cutting bit at the depth of the drywall whilst the extra rod guides you around a wall bracket and you cannot damage cables that are in the bracket.
This would mean that you can only cut in one direction as one side of the cutting bit would be shielded by the rod but it would be a very popular tool for electricians
