Offer the option for one or two items highlighting a different country each month in one McDonald's restaurant in diverse, highly-populated cities (i.e. NYC Times Square).Garner cultural interest and sell only a limited supply. This way people may have a chance to try (and maybe even compare) the items that are popular abroad.
