New Best Selling Book On Young People To Get Into House Flipping

I wanted to reach out and let you know about a soon to be best selling book I have for teaching college age entrepreneurs how to get into real estate through flips and income properties. Throughout the book, Get out of College, Get into Real Estate!, I talk about my journey and all of my trips to hardware stores. (Specifically Menards) and how I would drive the ambulance I have in and out of the back bays of the lumber yard. I give recommendations of how to go about certain purchases and also give advice on where to buy material for the rehabs.
