Banner Waypoints On All Editions.

Just like Java, I want to be able to set map markers with banners on all editions. I want to also be able to label the waypoints by naming the banners, just like Java. I would find this very useful for people with many houses or have found many amazing things on bedrock, but gets lost trying to find it or can't find it.
