Echo Spyglass

Crafted from a spyglass surrounded by 8 echo shards it would craft the echo spyglass. When looking through it, it would highlight mobs within a certain range and would basically give it the glowing effect when looking through it. This would be used to help find more ancient cities after finding and looting one. It could also be used to find caves.
