Minecraft "Note" Arrows

Getting straight to the point, I'd like to see "note" arrows in MC. Basically, you would write and publish a book, then craft it with an arrow. The arrow would be called "(Who wrote it)'s Arrow Note". If there were other arrows in the inventory, the note arrow would be the first to be shot without regarding the others.

Then, the arrow could be picked up and un-crafted to see the written book.

I think this would not only be a cool addition, but an interesting and useful feature.
