NetFlix Product Improvement Idea

I thoroughly enjoy the selection in the library but there is one glaring problem. If im not attached to wifi and I cant utilize my phone data to stream Netflix, I cant use the service.
What I propose is the ability to download movies via the Netflix app. Similar to the amazon prime service, you pay for the prime and can download prime movies or shows to a device for 24 to 48 hours unattached to wifi.
This would be a service I would pay extra to have that is a quality of life improvement. Just an idea, I don't know if Netflix will even see this but I think it is worth a look.
