The BBC created an amazing 10 part series about the royal families of Europe and how queen victoria's children created friendships and enemies that helped the Great War to happen and the end of the tsar the kaiser and the vast Austro Hungarian empire
The 1970s production is horribly dated with lots of studio filming that now looks wooden
A remake with an international cast could be very popular throughout Europe and elsewhere
