Duncan is a young boy who has spent all his life in his father's mansion. His father(john gray) is a billionaire who owns the biggesto business in millennium city , the vulcan tower. To the public john is a businessman. But unknowing to them john is the leader (DON) of a mafia family called the vulcan family. And duncan is to succeed his father when he dies. John not knowing his enemies from his friends decided to keep duncan In his mansion and train him for the position of DON when he dies. John hires master hiroyoshi yamada the best martial artist to train his son in the art of fighting and weapon usage. Whiles doing all this , duncan thought himself mathematics science economics amongst others. He became very close to master hiro since his dad was mostly busy. One-day his father decided to take him out . When they were on their way back john was sitting infront and duncan asleep in the back. He woke up to see his father and the driver in a gun fight. He was terrified and asked his dad what was going one . Suddenly their branched off the road and got an accident. Duncan survived since he was wearing his seatbelt.but his father and the driver on the hand were dead. He wept. And after hours the police came and conveyed the bodies to the mortuary. After the funeral he was set to meet the vulcan family. They were actually the board of directors of the vulcan tower. He told them about the changes he was going to bring to the family. This made most of the family members angry. He also talked about the members leaking information to the other mafia families especially their rival the white family ownets of white group of companies. And their leader the bald man with white beard darco white. When he said this it put his life in danger. After the meeting. His fathers best friend approaches him to warn him not look into other things since it might cost him his life. He smiled at him and leaves. A few days after that duncan was in his mansion with his friend master hiro when assassins invaded the mansion. His master was fighting them off when he saw a sniper targeting duncan . When the sniper was shot he jumped and saved duncan but in the process he was shot. And as blood was oozing from his mouth he told duncan to run away but duncan disagreed as tears fell down his eyes. Hiro shouted at him to run as he got up to fight the other assassins . Duncan in sorrow rushed out of the house. Looking back he saw master hiro stabbed. He run out into the streets.
