Environment Friendly Vehicle

I have an idea , how to reduce emissions throwing from vehicles which is polluting air, this additional machine will help the vehicle with more power using less fuel, for this need experiment, I have made drawings that how it will work, I cannot go for experiment because of money, I am looking for a platform where it can be made, if we make success we can save earth by reducing air pollution... thanks and hope for your best reply
