My idea is to make a long plastic tube like toilet for small dogs to use the bathroom inside. 1. They stratal it Which keeps their paws from touching the mess directly. 2. reduces the need for potty pads. Simply train your pet to stratal the tray like potty as to keep their paws from touching the mess and when they finish simply empty.
