Things adults miss from growing up with Pizza Hut:
The sandwiches!
Green Olives
The small sausage
The old-style jukeboxes
Table cloths
Salad Bars
Serving the first slice to everyone when dining in
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Mexican or Taco Pizza - even if it is for a special month or something
Different packaging for carryout - I remember the sealed-up paper for thin-crust: get it home, rip it open, and watch the steam come out. Not some cardboard tasting "pizza"
Not sure who you are catering to any longer
Seems you changed things that were working chasing some elusive "what people want" and we need to beat these cheapos. I'd rather pay a little more and have a good experience
I always pictured y'all competing with Pizza Inn, but now I don't think you are competing at all
