Over the years you have focused on the crust. Time to focus on the sauce. I ordered a thin pepperoni and pork topping pizza the other day with extra sauce. The pizza was so bland - I feel the sauce and toppings need to pop and be better quality. I looking for a powerful taste. taste. I think you should offer a chunky sauce that has a little more "pop" as an option to the regular sauce. Maybe the sauce good have chunky tomatoes, herbs and seasoning, a little sugar, onions etc.
