Low Carb Pizza

I had to go on a diet. I love your pizzas but can have all the dough. Even thin and crispy. So when I went on a low carb diet I found out I can still eat pizza but I had to use pork rinds. Yes I know sound weird but I made the cuts which is one bag and a half of skins and grind them in a food processor. Adding 1/2 of parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of mozzarella shredded cheese. One to two eggs and blend together. Taking a pan and pressing into a pizza pan and pressing out into a thin crust. Thin cooking for five minutes in the oven.after that adding sauce cheese and whatever topping you like. Thin when cheese has melted take out cut and serve.the only problem is it not pizzas but taste. But very good.
