New Age Of Pizza

The pizza industry is saturated with one million and one variations of the same idea. When I think of pizza I think of pizza hut but the menu is underwhelming and just not the most flavorful. Even with all the new crusts and toppings it's still the same old song. When I think of flavor I think of wood fired authentic crust pizza. There is nothing like the smokey aroma and caramelized flavor from the crust to the toppings. I would love to see pizza hut introduce a new concept including the wood fire style pizza that is so delicious and popular. They could still keep the classic style oven baked that we all know and kinda like, but give us pizza lovers the quality and more modern dining experience and flavor profiles tending with today's palates. There is no limit what pizza hut could do with the simple addition of wood fire ovens to their business. A fresher approach is needed to have the pizza company that we all love, grow and maintain into the future.
