Outlets To Serve "Home Delivery" For All Within City Limits

Hi,
This is a suggestion to Pizza Hut to try and implement "Home Delivery" for all households who are within the City Limits. Currently there is a restriction to serve only those which are at a distance of 2.5 kms from the outlet. This would have good if there are enough outlets across the city. But with some locations having very less number of outlets, many customers are deprived of "Home Delivery" and they will have to travel all the way to a nearby outlet
For a group like Pizza Hut it doesn't augur well as it would turn the customer to competitors in Pizza Service Delivery
Recently I had ordered for a Pizza from Anna Nagar in Chennai and as I was staying at more than 2.5 kms from the place of the outlet, had to go over to get my order done. I would hesitate to order the next time as am getting Home Delivery from others
Would be good if this can be looked at enhancing customer experience with Pizza Hut
