I am a pizza hut manager as well. First of all think we should stop putting the lids on bottom of stacks , it's just more dishes to wash. Really doesn't make a difference in the end product. I have also heard people say they would just like the stuff crust crust and that would be so easy to do like instead of 5 breadsticks you can have four stuff crust rolls . Offer bacon baked cheese bread . Take those fried mozzarella sticks off the menu they are beneath us like cheap fair food, you could replace them with bacon ranch cheese fries or bacon BBQ cheese fries. Pizza Hut should have a birthday club where you get a free personal pan pizza on your birthday. Make any size cheese pizza for $5, except for stuff crust obviously. Put a kiosk instead of CSR in all non dine in pizza huts. Have AI answer and take all call in orders. Have headsets and tablets where we can take orders without having to run to the phone by the third ring. By time I stop what I'm doing , wash my hands and get to the phone area its too late, now i have wasted time for nothing. On the register you should be able to add an item without having to make ten moves to add an item and get back to pay screen. The customer order screen should stay up and ready for orders at all times. When will Toyota and pizza hut get self driving vehicles on the road ?
