I am currently a marketing student at UCF and I have a great idea to help Publix save bags. I work at Publix as Cashier/Customer Service staff and recently you have been pushing saving plastic bags. Well, most of these people have reusable bags and just forget them in their car, I hear it a million times a day. Publix should create a "Don't forget your bags" card that you can add to your Apple wallet and when you get into the parking lot it pops up on your phone. Whenever I'm by my favorited Starbucks it tells me I'm close and my card pops up. UCF does this as well with game day tickets. So, by creating this card that customers can add to their wallet, more people will start to remember their bags and we will save more bags.
