I realize that Red Box is up against alot of competition with Amazon,Netflix etc..So you constantly have to think of innovative ways to continue to generate revenue and still compete with other companies,So I came Up With The Idea of adding a complimentary bag of popcorn with your movie...It would be one bag per email address that's associated with that card..This of course would change the way your current red box looks not as far as the design but more of the mechanics how the machine works..just how you have the movies dispense and store the DVDs..there will be a second compartment to house the popcorn..So when you purchase your movie your free bag of popcorn would be dispensed at the same time..This will kill two birds with one stone..u have the movie and popcorn with out having to go the store it's a one stop shop..Then You can change the slogan of "Red Box" to "Movie Night" And reinvent yourself..Change the graphics to something more modern to appeal to a wider audience..And Depending on the type of popcorn in the machine you would be able to reach out to the company to have them place a coupon on every bag so when they do go to the store they would be more inclined to purchase there brand of popcorn because it's associated with "RedBox" and they get a free coupon So everyone wins.."Redbox""The Customer""PopCorn Company" This Will Double If Not Triple Your Sales
