Rating On Movies&games

Redbox Service Improvement Idea

Submitted 4 years ago

I have noticed that on some movies and games, the picture and description really loses the persons mind in wanting to get it. In my own opinion I feel like if Redbox was to send the movie to different people before going into Redbox, they take the overall rating and put it underneath the movie, or they have the people rent the movie and they leave their rating and maybe a little space for reviews so that the movies that look boring, may not actually be boring so this way you'd have more people getting movies and games because there not as boring as they look due to the ratings of multiple people. Now why would this idea be stupid? Maybe because no one wants to take the time to rate a movie, but in my own opinion, I would watch a lot more movies from the Redbox, if they had an amazing rating. Especially the ones I think look boring; like Escape Room (2019), the description and title was boring, but the movie overall was a good 9/10, 4 start rating, and I feel like putting in someones input on something small can make a bigger different to you guys, to having more games and movies sold.
