I think that redbox should create some drive throughs so that you wouldn't have to stand in a long line in the heat or cold. I think this would promote more rentals during rain, etc.
Totally agree with drive thru idea! More reasons than one. Safety the biggest one. It's just uncomfortable tryin to make a selection with people standing behind you in silence..you feel rushed and suspect who's behind you. For these reasons I dont rent much here anymore. Convenient only if no one else is around!
