Horror movies are the most popular movies on the planet. Redbox doesn't offer any of the classic horror movies like Friday the 13th or Halloween. How about creating a Redbox called DedBox? The kiosk will say Redbox with a slash through the word red and the word "Ded" in it's place. The choices will be All time faves, classic horror, 70's horror, 80's horror, 90's and beyond. Offer classics like Friday the 13th, Halloween, Elm Street, etc. Have contests that offer "Neca" figures when you order more dvds. Doesn't have to be "Neca" but they are really popular. Redbox has a chance to make their boxes exciting and really stand out. Add lights and more colors. Arcade games did it, why can't Redbox?
