Sam's Club Customer Service Improvement Idea

Has sam's club lost all comprehension of customer service? Here's a novel idea.....let your cashiers be cashiers. I don't believe that customers deserve or want to be sold anything at the checkout. Especially for frequent fliers it is very unprofessional to constantly ask a customer to purchase the same products. To top it off there are managers walking around telling them to sell more, in front of the customers. Sam Walton would turn over in his grave to see what you've attached to his name. Can you abuse a name any more than this? Is the CEO at all aware of how rediculous this attempt to squeeze more money from your patrons is? Opts I forgot she's one of those very poeerful women and probably too removed from reallity to see what a snafu yhis policy really is.
