There is a vacant building located behind the Mifflin County Industrial Park. I don't know what square footage you would need but it is large. The address is 360 Loop Road, Lewistown, PA 17044.
I feel there would be enough patronage from this area. Right now, people from our area has to travel to State College or Harrisburg, PA. There are people from Juniata County and Perry County that travel to Wal-Mart in our area and believe that there be some interest from.
I am sure that you could do a feasibility study to see how many of your members already travel greater distances than to Lewistown, PA area.
My family does not buy a membership due to traveling distances to patronize your store but have plenty of interest.
Please consider this request.
