Scan Gpay/ Paytm Through Videocalls

My idea is that make an application through which one can scan the QR Code, Gpay/Paytm or any other E-wallet through WhatsApp video call or normal video calls.
Now-a-days everyone use have QR code, Ranging from Supermarket to Handcart/ bullcart , ranging from Prime Minister to Collies etc. Everyone have Gpay/Paytm account but not everyone know how to use it.
For example if we are a family of 6 members, in our only 1-2 members know how to use Gpay/Paytm , even our parents or the seniors don't know how to use the app.
In today's era where children migrate from theirs native place and also leaving their old age parents, just to earn something and they are the one who know how to use the application, now parents don't know how to use the app and sometimes even they were unable to visit atm or even they if they visit the atm somehow they don't know how to use atm or the atm is running out of cash/ service , then what do they do?
At that time they make a video call to their children , explain the matter with the children that they buy ₹ 47/- vegetable please pay the shopkeeper ₹ 47/- through WhatsApp video call/ normal video calls scanning QR Code , Gpay/Paytm application.
In short make an application through which one can scan QR Code or any other code through Videocalls at anytime and from anywhere.
