Sears New Service Idea

One thing that Sears has over the big bad Amazon is it has POD's of stores located everywhere! Amazon controls a few of the major metropolitan areas but has yet to figure out, or if they want to, deliver faster service to cities ranging from 25,000-250,000. How about you guys turn all stores and Kmarts into warehouses, make the sears store online only, and do same day delivery to people withing a 10 mile radius of the city that the sears store is located. Partner up with some great vendors and start selling products in the 21st century. Me personally, would love the convenience of ordering something i need delivered the same day.
if you don't like the warehouse idea, then turn the store into a display for people and have them ordered and shipped that day (appliances, electronics, etc.). Sears revolutionized the stores back in the 20th century, now it's time to evolve. When in doubt, always remind yourself with this saying "if nothing changes, then nothing changes"... think about it. thank you
