Confusing PROMOS, & More Instruction Needed

I made a calendar for the first time, plus added 3 other items to my order. The total came to over $40.00. But the SAVE365 promo on the free 8x11 calendar says a 12 x 12 upgrade was $4.99. Elsewhere, it says the cost was $26.67. Which was it? Very confusing. The free ship SHIP39 promo contradicted itself in its description. I read it, re-read, but was still charged shipping. Clarification would be SO helpful!! Also, on the address labels that you design yourself, no instructions are given. I thought I could add my text after I inserted my photo, but was unable to do so. Had to redesign the entire label elsewhere, & upload that. So more instruction on that would also be VERY helpful! Every item I've ordered has been top quality & I'm very pleased with all the different items from which to choose! However, CLARIFICATION on PROMOS, & How To's are what's needed most. Thanks!
