Dropped Land Line Calls/Unexpected Closed Chat Services

Sprint needs to figure out how to stop frustrating its customers by placing calls on hold for long periods of time and then dropping the call, and the exact same thing with the chat services. I still have not received a resolution to the questions I have been trying to get the answers for the past week. For those customer reps that argue that sprint is the best and how they have improved, I can attest to the fact that there is something very very wrong here1
