Need More English Speakers And Nice Caring People!

I have had a nasty experience with a representative at Straight Talk, and I told her behind to calm down! People pay too much to be treated like trash! What kind of company it when they can't half the time speak proper English,and don't care? Find some better English-speaking people who are more friendly and caring!Maybe you could keep more of your customers!
