I work at a subway for 16 years. On a military base. Mostly everyone wants to eat healthy. This is a very good healthy option and I always get good comments on this

2 egg patties, white or yellow eggs. Any type of breakfast meat or protein of their choice. Optional for the cheese of their choice. Toast the items in the toaster . When it's done add a sauce and some veggies and any condiments. Put it together like a burger and here you go no carb breakfast. It's for the ones who don't eat bread and it's a lite breakfast.
