Pre-order Feature On App

Subway Service Improvement Idea

Submitted 3 years ago

Currently, subway has no answer to the McDonalds drive through, nor their speed, but the app is the answer.
Adding a pre-order and pre-pay feature to the subway app that notifies the customer when their order has been complete, is the answer.
Subway takes too long and forces customers to answer so many questions almost as if it's an interview. People are put off.
Being able to go into subway and simply say "my order is number 22" and be handed a bag, will save subway. Why do you think McDonalds has self-order machines?

Society is growing more anti-social and less patient, while simultaneously using more apps. Utilising apps to facilitate impatience and anti-social behaviour is the correct play, I'm surprised Subway hasn't implemented this yet.

Kind regards,

A concerned customer
