I work for Subway. I love Subway! But we need to keep in mind customers should ALWAYS come first. Meaning put the toppings on the sub/salads as you would eat it. Give napkins as to how messy you think the sub/salad will be. If the customers aren't happy or decide they aren't getting what they pay for the will not be returning. With that being said I over step but I always try to keep the customers happy.
