Fix Upload Speeds

Suddenlink Service Improvement Idea

Submitted 9 years ago

I have Suddenlink at 2 different houses in different states, and the upload speed for both absolutely sucks. Makes me miss my 28.8kb modem.

When a paying up-to-date customer exceeds usage for their plan, DO NOT DISCONNECT THEM, but rather warn them in advance that they will automatically be billed for the price of the next level up plan, for the usage that month.

Same here. Suddenlink upload speeds really suck. And when I'm uploading, I can barely even download anything until the upload completes. We need some competition where I live since I'd leave Suddenlink in a heartbeat if there was a good alternative.
