Provide Outgoing Mail Server
T-Mobile New Service Idea

One of the greatest hassles now is that when one accesses the Internet through T-Mobile, especially when using a hotspot, there is no alternative to webmail to SEND an email message. Not taking about texting here. T-Mobile should provide its own outgoing mail server, so we could hit "reply" to an email and then just send.
