When a customer place the order and give all his information to the representative the representative sent a text back to confirm his information or her information to cover mistakes and the customer confirms the text that was sent by the representative make sure all billing and shipping is correct address apartment number I only say this because during my experience with T-Mobile Rep did not put down the apartment number that I gave them and it messed up my whole order with the Shipping company i was very disappointed with how I was lead in different directions trying to get my merchandise in my possession I was sent and four different places just trying to get my merchandise all because my apartment number wasn't on file. Send a Text info it confirm info and would save a whole a lot of time.Both side would be covered. I have another suggestion that may help if a client orders online I know there's a company policy that they should ship it back the same way they got it I think there's a better way for both sides to be happy T-Mobile should have a facility where the customer can are you my product or merchandise back to a T-Mobile location they can't confirm that the merchandise are there so the customer can get their refund back the same day rather than waiting 7 to 10 business days for refund when T-Mobile place a order they take the money off a credit card or debit card right then and there so when the client or customer take back the merchandise to a T-Mobile dealer the dealer can come can't confirm that the merchandise is all there and they can get they refund the same day my number is 772 475 2658 please let me know what do you think my [email protected] thanks you
