Chalupa Pie/Pizza

From a former Taco Bell employee who did PLENTY of experimenting... Deep fry the round flatbreads in the Mexican Pizza tool so you have flat, round, chalupa shells. On one chalupa shell, put ground beef (or chicken/steak), 3 cheese blend, sour cream, little bit of nacho cheese sauce, you can throw in a sauce if you want (chipotle, spicy ranch, quesadilla sauce, etc). Top it with another chalupa shell. Cover that top shell with more 3 cheese blend and stick the whole thing in the quick melter. Orgasmic.
