When I used to work there I made this for myself often and its delicious.

16" Tortilla
1 or 2 scoops of Rice
2 scoops of Chicken
Chipotle Ranch Sauce
Scoop of Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato
3 Cheese Blend

Grill to perfection!
