Fiesta potatoes covered in chili and either shredded cheese or nacho cheese. You could have a supreme option that adds sour cream, onions, and tomato. You could have a spicy option by adding, chipotle sauce, fiesta salsa, and Jalapeños. The possibilities are endless. Also it would give you the opportunity to shine light on your amazing chili cheese burritos, or you could even have any of the above ides be turned into super chili burritos. I love your chili, and have gotten several people hooked on it, and we all think you guys should be better utilizing an ingredient that's already in store!
