Chimichaca

A combination of chimichanga and taco. Here's what you do: take a chimichanga and as you're making it fill it with less filling than normal, leading it to be flat, deflated and circular shaped as a tortilla would be. Then, take taco filling (meat, cheese, lettuce, and probably sour cream), and put it in the center. Fold it up like a normal soft taco, but this time the shell is a deflated chimichanga. The name can be worked on, but I've got a feeling this is gonna go places.
