Elephant Ears At Taco Bell

I work at the Taco Bell in Remignton Indiana, and I discovered the idea of an elephant ear. What you do is you fry a flatbread inside of the Mexican Pizza cooker on the Mexican pizza timer(40 seconds) and you put it in the tray the pizzas get served on with Cinnabon sugar on both sides of the flatbread. It takes about a quarter of a cheese cup on each side.
