Fiery, Cheesy, Potatoe-y Goodness

Basically a direct competitor to BK's new mac and cheese cheetos, my idea takes cheesy potatoes (recipe on back of simply potatoes bag...have to use shredded potatoes) and combines it with crust of fiery doritos locos taco shells. The whole concoction is deep fried. Basically same thing but using the potatoes instead of mac and cheese might make this a good anytime food, serve it with and uncharge for breakfast instead of the traditional hash brown, or have it as a late night snack.
