Three Layer Quesadilla

When I went to taco bell last week I saw the new doubledilla. I got all excited because I love cheese and figured it would be two quesadillas stacked together. So when I figured that was not the case, I thought up the following idea:
Stack 3 or more tortillas (a little bit like the mexican pizza), and you can offer a plain cheese (like the cheese roll-up), or maybe have one of the layers be flexible. Like avocado/guacamole or chicken, or anything you want.
