Loaded Bacon Potato Chalupa

first have the fried chalupa shell laid flat, Than add bacon, than add the potatos a squirt of nacho cheese, some 3 cheese, than some cheddar cheese than steam it, and when it comes out of the steamer you fold it back into the chalupa shell instead of flat and top it off with sour cream.
