Low Carb Tortillas

Some places have started to incorporate low carb options on their menus, such as lettuce wrap burgers and tons of salads. However, I haven't seen anyone provide a low carb flour tortilla option. There are many brands, including Mission, in supermarkets now and restaurants are missing a large market. I feel there's so many people trying to watch their carb intake, it would be a huge success.
