basically spread cheese on a pan in shape of a taco or bigger for like a burrito and heat it up 375 for between 6-8 mins till little crisp around the edge then let it cool then if you want it shaped like a taco lay it over a spoon hanging down and let dry and for burrito just let it cool and use as is. It's a great idea delicious and keto friendly for those who want a taco on the go !!!!!!
